For years, we have practiced yoga for physical, mental and spiritual benefits. In 2011, we decided to further our education and training to become certified in yoga fitness classes. We believe our classes will help you let go of competition, expectations and judgments. Yoga is a sensational way to relax our bodies and clear our minds.

We offer Zumba fitness classes. Our classes are an exhilarating, effective and fun dance-fitness workout. We combine fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. The movements are easy to follow and can be easily mastered.
We offer Vinyasa Yoga fitness classes. Our classes are practical, understandable and doable by individuals of all fitness levels. Our classes involve linking several poses together to create strength, flexibility, endurance and balance.
We offer Toning fitness classes. Our classes are designed to achieve a lean and toned body. We will work your upper, lower body and abs. The exercises are easy to follow and you can even try them at home.
Our atmosphere is non intimidating and designed for everyone.
